Answers to some common questions.
The Circle – Caring for Children is a full-scale therapy center offering comprehensive therapy (speech, occupational, behavioural etc.), schooling (literacy, numeracy and life skills), and assessments under one roof. Children (ages 3-12) with learning and cognitive difficulties are supported to learn, grow, and thrive in a safe environment under trained compassionate professionals. Established over a decade ago in Karachi, The Circle – Caring for Children now operates two centers in one in Defence and the other in Sindhi Muslim Society.
Our difference and uniqueness come from the experience, approach and added-value that we create for our clients and families.
Offering multi-disciplinary therapy where psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and educators work together instead of separately.
Incorporating wellness practices like art/music, pottery alongside traditional therapy and using gamified learning through positive screen time.
Involving parents/caregivers in therapy plans and training them to continue strategies at home.
Creating individualized growth roadmaps with clear progress tracking that families can follow.
Designing a warm, sensory-friendly, and non-clinical space that feels welcoming and becalming to children and calming to adults.
Adding flexible formats: in-person, online, hybrid therapy as well as a school that addresses academic needs of our clients.
Adopting and adapting international standards such as TEACCH, Padovan, Affolter, and Orton–Gillingham, to individualize learning and transfer interventions into everyday life.
Every child develops at his or her own pace, but sometimes you may notice challenges that don’t go away on their own. Your child may benefit from extra support if you see developmental delays, communication difficulties, behavioural or emotional signs, school struggles, and others. The Circle – Center for Caring conduct a detailed clinical evaluations that assesses the child’s neurological development. We share this report with parents, explain results and inferences. This will help you understand strengths and challenges and the way forward.

Individualized program plan
Parents are an essential part of the therapy and school journey. Progress is fastest when the skills children learn in sessions and at school are also practiced at home. Parents are involved in initial goal-setting, encouraged to see their children in sessions, trained by therapists to learn simple routines to reinforce therapy goals, and provided regular consistent updates.
We strive to create a safe space where questions are asked, concerns can be shared and parents feel guided through the process.
A multisensory, step-by-step method that makes literacy easier and more engaging. It is assessment based and thus caters to each child’s individual need.
Both. One-on-one for focus, groups for real-world practice.
